we love california so, so much. we love this wedding so, so much. we love this bride and groom so, so much. are we making ourselves clear? pamela is one of the sweetest brides we’ve ever had the pleasure of photographing. she is beyond words thoughtful, kind and generous. and oh, my goodness, beautiful.

brock agrees and that’s why on november 12th he made her his wife.

we had to cancel most of our family shoots this fall due to our surprise little additions to the family, but we did squeeze in a quick mini shoot for my nieces and nephew the other day. can’t help but share a couple of the ones that didn’t make the final christmas card cut because they are just so adorable that i can’t handle it. if you’re lucky enough to be on the receiving end of a christmas card from this bunch, you’ll be happy to know, that drew will be wearing a big, yummy, gummy smile.

she told me on the phone that she loved colors but i assumed she meant those of the rainbow kind – ya know, roy g biv. and while that may be true, what is most colorful and beautiful about this girl is her heart. it’s sunshine yellow when she laughs and fiery red when she loves. it’s playful orange on the leafy trail and a compassionate shade of purple when she reaches out to congratulate us on our girls. we so enjoyed our time with jamie + brad and are crazy excited about their springtime wedding next year!

oh my goodness, i can’t believe how long it has been since i’ve blogged! i’m getting ready to bring it on this week starting with the lovely brynn + palmer. she lit up every time he pulled her close or kissed her head. it was so sweet to witness and made us incredibly excited for their 2012 wedding.
