i seriously don’t have words for this family. philip is kind and patient and spent lots of our time together doting on his boy and telling his wife that she looked beautiful. susan is easygoing and considerate, kissing her little one every time she got close to one of his tiny kissable body parts. together they ooze gratefulness for their little gift. and sweet, little blue eyed ben is one of the calmest, happiest babies i’ve ever been around. maybe it’s because somehow he knows how much he’s loved and how his arrival is an answered prayer.
