david is really funny. he amused us all with a myriad of silly voices (that seemed to come out of nowhere) throughout the shoot. he’s also a little bit of a teaser with cheryl anne. but not in the i’m going to make you feel small so i can feel big kind of way. more in the it’s totally fine with me that you’re not perfect because i am crazy about your imperfections kind of way. he’s handsome and romantic and ohhh..the way he looks at her. my heart can hardly take it. but i do get it. that whole ‘to know her is to love her thing,’ yeah, i’m pretty sure that saying got started the day cheryl anne was born. she is lovely and sweet and she has the most captivating laugh that you never want to end. but my favorite thing about her is the way she loves the Lord. and while she’s not afraid to talk about her relationship with Him, she doesn’t have to speak a word for you to know who her heart belongs to.
as her walk leads her closer to Jesus, it is david’s hand she’ll reach for along the way. they are getting married in november and we can’t wait to witness it. how great is God’s goodness to have given them each other to love for a lifetime.
it's my favorite thing about him, the way he pulls her in and kisses the side of her forehead. you don't have to ask him to do so, he just can't help himself.
i am a tad bit obsessed with her eyes.
