i set my expectations high. sometimes this pays off for me like in the husband department. total score. but sometimes it leaves me disappointed and wishing for more. i had been wanting to shoot at this old barn for so long. i had envisioned the magic i’d make with my camera as the sunshine poured through the broken windows. i’d set them up in the overgrown field where the light would shine down on eden’s beautiful ringlets. i had a plan. but what i got instead was a dark, gray sky. darn it, how was i going to create dreamy images with this mess? my thought was interrupted by the sound of a car pulling up. it was eric and eden. they were smiling the broadest smiles i’d ever seen. their light shamed the sun. expectations officially exceeded. eden loves eric. eric loves eden. when he reaches for her hand you can literally watch her heart flutter. when she bats those amazing brown eyes at him he can’t hide his delight. eric&eden. it was just meant to be. can’t wait for their wedding in september!

she can't help it

he makes her happy

eden is a pastry chef and so she brought some cupcakes to play with.

this picture made me cry when i saw it. like actual tears. eric's face just melts me. i hope eden's kisses always make him this happy.
