you can call me today, i’ll be home. i have bible study tomorrow night, but i’m available during the day if you need me. i’m hosting a one-on-one mentoring session on wednesday and have a photo shoot in the evening but if you leave me a message, i’ll get back to you when i’m through. but beginning on thursday and going through the weekend if you call you may hear, no hablo ingles in a really bad spanish accent. or you might hear in what seems like my voice but certainly wouldn’t be, i’m sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed, please try again monday. you see, my sister and her family are coming into town this week and i cannot wait. i haven’t seen them since january and in my world, that’s completely unacceptable. i’m already anxiously anticipating being covered in easter egg dye and cupcake kisses. i have big plans for my arms to be completely tangled up in the love of jack, will and anna michael (if i can pry her out of chris’s arms – he’s never met her). and so clearly, i won’t have any time to talk on my phone.
our family is fueled by togetherness and we got to spend the afternoon with this gorgeous group that runs on that same kind of fuel. behold their loveliness:
